Project Details
Gov. Juan F. Luis Hospital and Medical Center, an 18,000-square-foot, two-story clinical facility—connected to an adjoining administration building—was engineered using the Aloyd modular building system. The structure was designed for rapid on-site assembly with precision-fabricated components that ensure clinical-grade durability and energy-efficient performance. Modular elements are extruded to exact dimensions, reducing construction waste and accelerating the build process without compromising quality or function.
The solution met the rigorous standards of a medical facility. Aloyd Building Systems are engineered to comply with St. Croix’s strict seismic and high-wind requirements, providing a lightweight, corrosion-resistant aluminum structure that exceeds local code standards. Its innovative design delivers exceptional strength and durability in regions vulnerable to hurricanes, sensitive to earthquakes, and affected by heavy snow. Fast fabrication and assembly support critical building systems, while the framework remains adaptable for future modifications. These modular construction techniques deliver high-performance, sustainable structures on tight timelines and meet the demanding requirements of modern healthcare infrastructure.
