Olympic Safety Squat Bar

  • The Olympic Safety Squat Bar is designed for athletes with limited chest and shoulder mobility and provides a comfortable alternative to a regular back squat.  It is designed to prevent excessive hip flexion and knee stresses when performing squatting movements. 
  • Handles at the front of the bar reduce shoulder strain  by eliminating the need for reaching too far back and compromising the shoulder joint.
  • 86 inch length with three squat pads.  Two handles with two pads and one pad on bar.
