Delivery Team Member (Langford)

The successful candidate will have: excellent customer service skills, a clean driving record, a sense of responsibility, strong time management skills, plus the physical ability to lift, move and assemble heavy equipment.

About the Role: While performing this role you must act as an ambassador of Aloyd Fitness, as you will be interacting with our residential and commercial customers on a daily basis. You will set-up equipment efficiently, to the manufactures requirements and to fit the customer's needs. You wear multiple hats at any given time, including playing an important role in the warehouse handling organization, product quality and ensuring there is no damage to equipment.

Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):

-Delivering and assembling fitness equipment

-Testing and troubleshooting problems

-Warehouse organization

-Inventory management

-In home customer service

-Product care

Qualifications:

-Minimum 2 to 3 years in a similar role

-Customer service experience is a strong asset

-Able to lift 100+ lbs

-Able to work as a team as well as alone

-Time management skills

-Able to assemble and handle equipment with care to avoid damage

-Experience with tools

-Clean driving record 

 

Sales Representative: 

About You:  You value being a part of a local family owned business where the team works towards one common goal. You support our philosophy of having a healthy mindset and lifestyle. You have a deep knowledge of the fitness industry, are willing to learn new information about products, and can provide the very best in customer service to both our residential and commercial customers.

The successful candidate will have: excellent customer service skills, a sense of responsibility, knowledge of the health and fitness industry, an energetic personality, and great communication skills through both verbal and written mediums.

About the Role: While performing this role you will handle sales and customer service in our Langford store. You will assist customers, field any questions and ensure they leave the store with a positive experience. You will perform many roles, and must be able to perform in a fast-paced sales environment while maintaining the standards that Aloyd Fitness prides itself on.

Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):

-Demonstrating the use of fitness equipment

-Communicating effectively and clearly with customers

-Providing the best in fitness equipment sales

-Setting and monitoring delivery and service appointments

-Constantly learning about products

-Effective operation of our POS systems

Qualifications:

-Minimum 2 to 3 years in a similar role

-Previous sales experience is a great asset

-Able to work as a team and alone

-Time management skills

-Able to assemble and handle equipment with care to avoid damage

-Healthy lifestyle
