The M4 home gym is completely iso-lateral giving the user greater freedom of movement. Each side of one’s body is responsible for exactly 50% of the load, which in turn improves muscle balance and coordination as well as develops the user’s core stabilizer muscles in the mid-section. This gym is loaded with special features such as a lat tower that splits for a cable crossover exercise as well as a bench that rolls to the side to make the high pulley more accessible. The M4 also comes standard with a dual adjustable pulley column for important exercises like bicep curl and tricep extension. This pulley column has been designed to offer a quarter pulling ratio, so that each 10 lb. weight plate offers 2.5 lbs of resistance. These smaller increments are important for smaller muscle groups. Undoubtedly the most well equipped home gym on the market today. Fully capable of turning any body into a hard body.

Powder Coated Finish: The electrostatic powder coat offers a durable, maintenance free finish with a beautiful and lifelong “showroom” look.
Pivot Points: The bench press pivot points have 1-1/2" precision steel ball bearings. All other parts pivot on oil impregnated brass bushings to ensure a smooth and fluid motion with no maintenance. The Inspire Brand will run glass smooth at any weight increment. Most home gyms cannot handle lower weight increments without binding and stuttering. Orthopedic Seats and Canvas Weight Stack Shroud: One of the top features of the Inspire Gyms is the “closed foam cell” pads which provide an extra durable finish and extremely comfortable feel. The color coordinated orthopedic seat pads offer adjustable support for ultimate body comfort. The weight stack shrouds will provide safety to you and your family by concealing the movement of the weight stack. The weight stack shrouds is constructed of heavy duty canvas. There are four standard color choices in the orthopedic seat pads and canvas weight stack shrouds to match the decor of your home.
